This class isn't just for beginners. It's also ideal for those recovering from an injury, returning after a long break, or simply prefer a more relaxed pace to focus on technique and balance.
But don't be fooled—this class will challenge you! You'll strengthen your muscles , enjoy deep stretching, and learn how to adjust the resistance and configure the equipment to your needs. Once you're comfortable with the Reformer, the sky's the limit!

Using the jumpboard as the main element, this is a stimulating addition to the reformer that introduces a cardiovascular component, making the workout more intense. Get ready to raise your heart rate… and sweat a little more than usual!
Revamp Cardio includes intense exercises, especially focusing on the legs, glutes, and core, but don't worry, you'll be working your entire body! Our instructors will guide you through dynamic movements , always true to Pilates principles, which may involve accessories or additional weights to increase the challenge, without ever compromising.

This class is designed for those who are already comfortable using the Reformer, are familiar with the principles of Pilates, and have no significant injuries.
Dynamic Revamp is a fluid and energetic session that challenges the entire body, with focus and control. It combines contemporary and classic Pilates exercises to get the most out of the Reformer. Expect a blend of strength and stretching that works the entire body and mind.
We recommend taking at least 4 to 5 Fundamental Revamp classes before moving on to Dynamic Revamp. Feeling comfortable and confident on the reformer is essential to safely keeping up with the pace of the class.
