Studio rules
To help maintain a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for everyone, we ask that you take a moment to read and respect the following studio rules:
-
Arrive 5–10 minutes before class starts to get settled.
-
For your safety and out of respect for others, late arrivals (over 5 minutes) may not be allowed into class.
-
The use of non-slip socks (grip socks) is mandatory for hygiene and safety reasons. Participation in the class without them will not be permitted.
Wear comfortable, close-fitting clothing so the instructor can check your alignment and posture.
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will result in loss of class credit.
Absences without notice will be charged equally as if the class had been attended.
This policy helps us manage waiting lists and ensure fair opportunities for everyone.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Please ensure you are confident in your class purchase, class package, and schedule before committing.
All class packages are strictly personal and non-transferable. They cannot be shared. Each package is intended solely for the customer who purchased it.
Clean your Reformer and any accessories used after class (cleaning products and wipes are available in the studio).
Maintain good personal hygiene.
Shoes and sneakers are not allowed inside the studio where classes take place.
Revamp is not responsible for personal items forgotten or left outside of designated storage areas.
We strongly recommend that all clients store their belongings in the lockers or storage areas during class.
Inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class.
Request adjustments to your movements whenever necessary and listen to your body's signals.
-
Please inform us if you are pregnant before booking or attending any Revamp class.
-
We do not accept clients in their first trimester. From the second trimester onward, participation will require a doctor’s note confirming it is safe to continue.
-
Group classes may not be appropriate during pregnancy. We strongly recommend private or adapted sessions, especially as your body changes throughout the second and third trimesters.
-
-
Keep conversations in the studio low and respectful during class.
