Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and activities provided by Revamp, a Reformer Pilates studio operated by the company Trovadores & Unicórnios Unipessoal, LDA, registered under the legal entity number 518357147.


By accessing or using our studio, website, or services, all users agree to comply with these Terms. They are essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of the studio and the safety and wellbeing of all who use it.

1. Studio Access and General Use

1.1. All clients are required to follow these Terms, along with any other policies or guidelines communicated by Revamp staff.
1.2. The studio reserves the right to refuse access to any person who fails to observe these rules.
1.3. Entry to the studio is granted only to users who have a valid booking for a scheduled class..
1.4. Clients may not bring guests or third parties into the studio—including support persons—unless prior written approval has been granted by the studio’s Technical Manager.
1.5. Access to the facilities is permitted only during the studio’s official opening hours, which are clearly posted on-site and available online.
1.6. Animals are not permitted inside the studio, with the exception of certified assistance dogs.

 

2. Bookings & Attendance

2.1. Classes must be booked in advance through our website or mobile app.
2.2. Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes after class start) may be denied entry for safety and class flow reasons, and the session will be forfeited.
2.3. Grip socks are mandatory during all Reformer Pilates classes.

 

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class time to avoid penalties.
3.2. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of the session.
3.3. Repeated no-shows may lead to suspension of booking privileges.

 

4. Physical Readiness for Exercise

4.1. By participating in any activity at Revamp, clients confirm they are in good health and free from medical conditions that could interfere with physical activity.
4.2. If feeling unwell, clients should refrain from exercise. In case of illness or discomfort during a session, clients must stop immediately and notify a staff member.
4.3. Pregnant clients must present a doctor’s note confirming they are cleared for participation in the classes.
• Without this documentation, Revamp reserves the right to deny access to classes.
• During the first trimester, pregnant clients are welcome to attend Fundamental Revamp classes only if they have been regularly training with us and have medical clearance.

5. Group Classes

5.1. The maximum number of participants per class is defined by the studio’s Technical Manager.

5.2. Customers are responsible for the correct use of all equipment and for returning it to its original location at the end of the class.
5.3. The studio provides disinfectant. All clients must clean the equipment and reformers after each use.
5.4. Revamp reserves the right to change group class schedules at any time. Whenever possible, clients will be informed in advance.
5.5. Punctuality is mandatory. Entry may be refused to anyone arriving after the class has started.
5.6. It is recommended that clients arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class to check in and prepare.
5.7. The use of mobile phones is not permitted during classes, in order to maintain focus and respect for other participants.
5.8. All mobile phones must be in silent mode.
5.9. It is prohibited to remain on or use the facilities without the presence of a certified instructor.
5.10. Any client may be asked to leave the room if their behavior disrupts the normal course of the class.

 

6. Plans and Packages

6.1. All lesson plans and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6.2. Monthly fees are automatically renewed unless cancelled at least 14 days before the next charge.
6.3. Class packages have a specific validity period defined at the time of purchase. An extension may be granted in justified cases of injury or medical leave (upon proof).

 

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Revamp does not refund monthly fees, packages or individual sessions.
7.2. Exceptions may be considered in cases of prolonged illness, pregnancy or change of residence, subject to management approval and presentation of documentation.

 

8. Code of Conduct

8.1. Customers are expected to behave respectfully and courteously in all circumstances.
8.2. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior towards team members or other clients may result in suspension or permanent expulsion from the studio.

 

9. Privacy and Use of Image

9.1. Personal data collected during reservations and use of the studio are treated confidentially and used exclusively for operational and communication purposes.
9.2. Revamp may occasionally capture photos and videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please inform a team member in advance.

 

10. Responsibility

10.1. All users participate in classes and use the equipment at their own risk.
10.2. Revamp is not responsible for personal injuries, loss of property or accidents occurring on its premises.

 

11. Changes to the Terms

11.1. Revamp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be communicated by email and/or published on the studio's website.
